Having babies with sensitive skin, I have tried EVERY kind of diaper cream on the market, with ok results. I found most of the time the creams worked better as a preventative, but not well once there was an established rash. I bought this from the Silver Sand box one day as an impulse buy, thinking it would probably be as good as all the others I have tried. My 1 year old had a diaper rash and I applied this balm before he went to bed. When I changed him in the morning, the rash was GONE! No joke! I have sense thrown out all the other creams I had and now only use this. Its a bit pricer than some of the others (like 2x the cost), but well worth it. LOVE the quality. LOVE how its organic!
